This annual event, which supports the Victoria Hospital in Wimborne, features steam engines (who stop off on their way to the Great Dorset Steam Fayre), real ales, a BBQ/ Hog Roast and live music – a winning combination! Thursday 23rd evening – start of the ale fest
Friday 24th evening – live music from fabulous Irish band Shebeen (approx 8pm), BBQ and real ale fest
Saturday 25th – steam engines will be arriving all day and evening, Hog Roast and BBQ, live music from 2pm ’til late, bouncy castle, tombola and face painting
Sunday 26th – the engines leave quite early to “steam up” to the Great Dorset Steam Fayre (hence the name for our event) – come for breakfast and watch them waking up, getting up steam and finally steaming out of our car park. You will need to come early though as most are gone by 11.30am!
